Reports and Analysis tab is blank in SCM Work area

Summary:

The reports and Analysis tab is blank in all Work areas of SCM

Content (required):

The reports and Analysis tab is blank in all Work areas of SCM like Purchasing, Sourcing , Inventory, etc

Also, Map Reports to Work Areas doesn't have Purchasing in application LOV.

Kindly advise if we are missing any setup or role. Note that we have Reports and Analysis access from navigator to create and view Reports.
