Warning in UpdateFixedAssetConfiguration file

Warning text file is empty.

Content (required):

When uploading asset category combinations for new Asset book system gave a warning. (We only used the System connected "Asset Book" sheet - we have successfully uploaded using this method before)

Sheet was successfully uploaded when the location sheet was also loaded.

What is the reason for this type of behavior? (Is Location, Asset Key and Category mandatory to be loaded before uploading)
