IDCS Welcome email

Hello All

We are currently using EPM and when new users are added the welcome email comes from IDCS which points the users to the MyServices link rather than the EPM instance. Is there any way we can customize the welcome email based on role based. When EPM role is assigned we sent a custom notification with EPM instance link ?
