Clone Environment: Default Navigation Flow Reverts To Active

Summary:

For each of our EPM environments we have have a Navigation Flow that is set to Active. After we clone an environment, the navigation flow that is set to Active is incorrect in the target environment. The default navigation flow is always the active one, which means that someone has to manually change these in each of our 20 environments after we clone.

Is there a way to ensure that the correct Navigation Flow is set to Active after a clone? Or is there a way to fix it automatically rather than manually?
