Job Incumbents 10th 25th 50th 75th 90th incumbent base

Summary:

We are building an otbi dashboard that can be leveraged to report on incumbents jobcodes and paygrade ranges. We have the base report with jobcodes and number of incumbents in the specific code along with average salaries. We are looking to add 10th,25th,50th,75th, 90th incumbent base. Is this possible using otbi?
