Issue with Red wood Horizontal fold template pattern

Summary:

Trying to build an app extension using visual builder studio (23.0.1.0) provisioned by oracle ERP cloud vision sand box (22D) Using "Building Redwood Application Experiences with the Oracle Applications Platform" tutorial on oracle live labs. I was able to use welcome template and simple create and edit page template as well. when I try to use the "Foldout Layout Horizontal Template Pattern" it is not working properly. I cannot see the panels in the designer, and I have attached a doc as how it looks like.


Please let me know why it is not displaying correctly.
