How to get the all employee (active, inactive) records, inactive records from last30days in extract

How to get the all employee (active, inactive) records, termination records from last30days through extract.

the extract retrieve the below emp details . PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_BASIC_UE is used in extract.

• Person Number, First Name, Last Name, Hire Date, Job, Manager Person Number, Termination Date.

Please let me know how to add the filter condition for the above requirement and output file contain only one record for a employee.
