Hello experts,


for this compensation campaign we should change the manager hierarchy workflow and we set the primary hierarchy as in the attached screen.


As you can see, the hierarchy will be based on the other manager type called MANAGER COMPENSATION and the Missing Manager Handling is set as LINE MANAGER.


As a result, we should review our BI reports, which currently show data according to the Line Manager Hierarchy available in Core HR, by taking into consideration the current compensation hierarchy (we should consider in this case the new manager type)
