Summary:

Recently our Learning Administrators have been unable to reset all activities for learners who have failed a piece of eLearning that has an inbuilt pass mark. When a candidate is flagged as Not Passed, the admin should be able to reset the activities so they can retry the learning.

Please note WLF_ROLLUP_FAILED_SCORM profile option is set to Y.
