Hi All,

We have a requirement to reduce the accrual calculated for a month in case an employee has been on unpaid leave. We are calculating the unpaid leave duration based on worked days. The requirement is to prorate the accrual based on the worked days. How can I calculate the number of working days in a month in absence accrual fast formula? Please do share any sample code that is available for getting the number of working days in a given accrual period.
