Automated Employee Contracts, not Oracle Recruitment Cloud

There is a requirement to have a large number (50+) of EMEA contracts that are currently being completed by Human Resources manually that they would like to go through HCM (not ORC), and the request is to have them hopefully run in an automated or semi-automated way.

Is this a possibility in the front-end of the system? if yes, how and where can i see a rough guide.

Regarding the back-end and OTBI i have been looking at it and we can create them all as individual RTF's and run them through manually by inputting an employee number. But this would be a massive task not only to build, but to govern and maintain. I need to look deeper to see if conditional formatting can be used at a BI level for the amount of variations we would require. Has anyone else done this and if so is it being used successfully and was there any blockers prior to it going
