Enter Contacts Local Name in New Hire Transaction

While hiring an employee we would like to enter Contact's local name but don't see an option to enter it. We can enter only English Name for Contacts.

We are able to enter worker's local name while hiring but not for his contacts. Is this possible to capture local names for Contacts too while Hiring?

We have enabled "Local Name Required" checkbox in Manage Person Name Styles Page for country in scope.
