Need to update employee names in bulk using hcm data loader.

Content (required):

As per audit requirement we need to mask employee names on test instance. all other objects like email, phone etc. are updated using hcm data loader, but for name we are facing following error.

You can't update the LOCAL NameType attribute for object WorkerName. Delete the record and create a new record with the correct value

Even deletion is not allowed as per above error.
