Visa categories' extended names no longer appearing in OTBI analyses

Hi, has anyone else who records 'Visa Categories' (as Extended Lookups) experienced any issue in reporting the full name of the extended lookup in OTBI? We have analyses that used to return the extended lookup name but now are returning the lookup code.

The subject area is Workforce Management - Person Real Time and the folder Person Work Permit  and the column Visa Permit Category. 

I have raised an SR but wondered if anyone else has encountered any problems in reporting on these?
