Embedded Reports not loading 1st time opening the screens

Hello

We have 2 embedded reports in the absence screens which are not loading on the 1st time of opening the screens.

Navigation: ( please also see screenshots attached)

Me > Time and absences> absence balance.

select the name of the leave plan

Report does not load

press the back arrow to return to the screen with leave plan name, and select again

Report loads.

The reports loaded fine prior to the 22a Update. Error message states that 'Unauthorized Access: Either you do not have the privilege, or you have not signed in.' but this does not make sense in that once you press the back arrow and try again, the report screen loads.
