Has Learn been validated against the European Privacy lawsContent
I was just asked by our legal team if the learn.com product complies with the European privacy laws. Does anyone have the answer to this? I believe it would and I could not see Oracle providing a product in Europe that did not comply with the data privacy laws.
I do know the laws are significantly tighter than that of the US. Any insight where I might find the answer is greatly appreciated.
