Can subscriptions enabled between EBS, SAP and Planning application?

Summary:

We configured EBS, SAP and Planning application. SAP will be the universal application. Can subscription enable between EBS, SAP and Planning application for the account hierarchy?

What are things we need to check in order to make the subscription work. I configured the node converters and the subscriptions but the changes are not refelcting in other applications.
