Need a question to be based on an image, image option too and link replaces current page.

Summary:

We need to be able to have learning assessment questions based on a table of data or an image.

Content (required):

Tried the image but it is limited in size to 355 px by 220 px and the link option only accepts a URL and the URL opens replacing the current (assessment) page and the question text and instructions do not seem to accept HTML formatting so we cannot create a suitable link. Am I missing something or is this a limitation with no current workaround?
