When "Delete Assignment" option is available

Hello,

We're reviewing Oracle White Papers regarding Assignments' Lifecycle, and noticed that the "Delete Assignment" option should be available for Admins when the Course/Offering status is "Withdraw". We tried with a couple of withdrawal cases both on Courses and Offerings, from self service and admin side, but the "delete assignment" option is always greyed out. Is this correct? Do you know when it is possible to delete assignments (except for the case when the learning item has been requested)?
