Any other customers using OTBI notifications for Learning

We are unable to use alerts for Learning notifications due to our food store population not having work email addresses, so therefore need to filter them out from receiving notifications. We can easily do this with OTBI notifcations using filters to block out colleagues from certain business areas. We have had these notifications live for some time - using the following three:

  1. Colleague assigned new learning assignment (runs daily)
  2. Colleague has overdue required assignments (runs weekly)
  3. Manager notification for their team's overdue assignments (runs weekly)

We often see these notifications sporadically not being received by some colleagues.. For example just this week I was assigned a new learning course, yet I did not receive the notification but my colleague did. And I received the notification for the previous learning course assigned earlier this month. Is there any analysis I could do to get to the root of these inconsistencies. Emails are not going to junk and are not being blocked by our internal messaging team. I am wondering if the job is timing out potentially before it reaches certain recipients.
