Summary:

The user needs to load (1) Jan-23 beginning balances; and (2) Jan-23 ending balances (from same source Fusion ERP) by using Data Management (ePBCS).

At the moment the default Period mapping is configured as follows: 31/01/23 'Period key' is mapped to Jan 'Period' /FY23 'Year'. Which is fine for the monthly data load.

However, as part of the yearly activity of loading January beginning balances, the user temporarily amends that mapping as follows: 31/01/23 'Period key' is mapped to BegBal 'Period' /FY23 'Year'.

The requirement would be to avoid having to manipulate the period mappings when performing the yearly activity for BegBal.
