Subject Area to capture Employee details

Hi,

Can someone please let me know the subject area to be used if the requirement is to capture the username, employee first name, employee no?

I already tried using the "Workforce Management – Worker Assignment Real Time" subject area. However, no data was populated.

Note that only the ERP arm has been implemented.

Appreciate prompt feedback on this.
