Multiple Pricing Strategy for same Business Unit

I have a scenario where 2 Pricing Strategies are created for same BU, one to ship to customer and other to transfer material internally to other Orgs.

In Financial Orchestration flow for Internal transfer, the Transfer Pricing is set at Pricing strategy.

However, when I create TO for the required Org, the price gets picked from the Pricing strategy that was created to ship to customer.

How to rectify this issue?
