How to Import "Buy Intent" Contracts?

Hello, our Client has a massive list of Active contracts that will need to be imported into Oracle. We were having trouble finding the FBDI/Import template to do so. Can someone please provide the steps or link to find the template?

What does the import process of Contracts look like? Their contracts are buy intent, with multiple lines that will be generated into POs - is that possible to capture/include while importing?
