Cannot delete Person Details

Hello experts,

our customer rehired an employee under a wrong person number. He deleted the work relationship and created again.

Now the same person is visible in Person Management under two different Person numbers. In one of them there are no work relationship information as it has been deleted but Person details still are visible and cannot be deleted.

How can we delete the employee person number record wrongly entered in the system?
