EPM PCMCS - AUDIT USER list

Hi all

We are on EPM CLOUD (PCMCS), there is a requirement from customer to provide them the AUDIT List of users when they were added to EPM, with date, and when which user was deprovisioned / deleted with dates.

Where can we find such exhaustive details in PCMS? I don't think there is an out of box functionality for this.
