Learner has multiple enrollments in Course
Summary:
How can a Learner have multiple enrolments in a Course. One offering is' completed' and one is 'not started'
Content (required):
We have a course with multiple ILT offerings, this course is available as a stand-alone course and is part of a specialization.
ILT Offering 1: January 2023, and ILT
Offering 2: February 2023.
A learner, Sally, self-enrolled and attend Offering 1 in January and the assignment status of the Offering and the Course is ‘Completed’.
The Learning Specialist then enrolled a number of Learners using the Org Chart criteria, which included Sally, into Offering 2 for February. Sally has now been assigned the Course and Offering again with a status of ‘Not Started’.
