Trying to encode html string which I need to set inside html html table

Summary:

Hi,

Trying to create table with content which has html tags and update it in rich text field. This rich text need to be used on document designer template. but content from attribue not printing on output because of html characters inside content, see attached image. I tried to send html string to util library(check screenshot) before adding content to html table but no luck.
