How to change Contract Terms location?

We are using a custom PO PDF and would like to change the Contract Terms location to be between a Cover Page and PO details.

Currently the Contract Terms gets appended to the PO.

Is there a way to call the "ContractTermsProcurement" template from the PO template instead of appending it to the PO?
