Load time card batch process runs to error

Summary:

Load time card batches process when run, it completes with critical alerts with the below error.

The time card for XXXXXX ( person number) between 2023-01-18 and 2023-01-31 couldn't be retrieved.

Content (required):

The employee has no time cards created for the period 1/18 through 1/31. However time card has been created and deleted at a later point as this employee is found to be on LOA and no time is reported.

After the deletion of the time card I don't see the time card on the Team time cards page and also don't see the time entries for this employee on the Time entries page ( Within Time management)
