Delete a Node Type

Want to delete a node type, hierarchy set, and node set. All three are unbound.

We created a node type, hierarchy set, and node set that we want to delete. All three are currently unbound and when trying to delete them, the "Delete" selection is grayed out. We archived them since we thought that was a requirement. What is the process of deleting an unbound node type, hierarchy set, and node set? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
