ADF Error when converting pending workers

Hello,

an ADF Error occurs when I try to convert a pending worker.

More in details, if I click on the Add button near to National Identifier in the Personal Details section, the ADF error occurs.

In addition, I'm sure that for a specific candidate the National Identifier information were inserted but I'm not able to see them.



How can I solve the issue?
