Issue in uploaded Scorm file

Summary:

Hi Experts ,

In our client environment, recently we have configured rich media platform through SR for Learning module. Still when I upload my Scorm content, the dialogue box for upload comes up

After the upload is complete, I am unable to search the uploaded content.

Please help with necessary steps required to view my Scorm content under Content section in My client group . Concerned Scorm is available for your review.

PS: This Scorm gets uploaded in other oracle environment.
