Mass update price -in open standart PO

We are seeking a solution to update prices comprehensively for open purchase orders that have not yet been accepted.

In our business, we may encounter situations where the price of an order drops before the items are physically received. To handle these cases, we use a customized program in EBS to update the open orders automatically. However, this program only applies to orders that have not been received at all. For orders with partial receipts, we split the lines and manually update the prices.

Is there a tool in 22D that helps to make a sweeping update to open orders?
