Return to work learning with restrictions how do you manage?

Summary:

Any solutions for when an employee returns to work with restrictions, and they have learning that requires skills to be checked off?

Content (required):

CPR training. Learning is required to do cognitive and skills for their learning but have restrictions due to a medical leave. How can I keep track of these employees or pause learning until the restrictions are lifted?
