BICC - Fivetran integration: Datastore is inactive

Summary of the question:

We are trying to integrate BICC with 3th party application Fivetran, but when we try to download the .csv achive, we receive the message:

"<Data Store> has been Excluded by system. Reason: Datastore is inactive”
