23A Change from No Offering Selected to No Active Offering - will this affect OTBI based initiatives

Summary:

In testing 23A I see that the status No Offering Selected now appears to say No Active Offering. (We do have activity sequencing in place so I'm not certain if everyone will see the change.) My concern is that many OTBI based initiatives use this status as a filter. If the filter in OTBI reads No Offering Selected and 23A goes in, will my analysis stop working correctly? I'm still testing 23A so I may find an answer myself and will let you know what I find. This will be an enormous impact for us if they do not work correctly. I'm concerned that this was not called out in the upgrade notes.
