Is Role Delegation all or nothing?

Summary:

We have a small number of roles that we have enabled delegation of. The question has come up if there is a way to delegate most of the role function except the Compensation functionality. We know you can delegate specific approvals separately, but this ask is for Role delegation. All of the configuration and setup that I can see, and the Oracle documentation says that Role delegation is full, all or nothing, but we keep hearing that others have somehow set up custom partial role delegation.


Can anyone confirm this one way or the other?
