Changing location to a pending worker

My client's need is to change the location to specific pending workers in the 'add a Pending Worker' screen.

Position Synchronization in on, Allow Override at Assignment also on ( see the print screen please )

I know that if I go to - My client group - person management - I can switch *Synchronize from Position from yes to no and update the position.

But, my client wants that it will be done in the 'add pending worker' screen and not after that.

Is that possible?
