When global transferring a worker's primary work relationship through ORC (worker has two work relationships, one primary and one secondary), data from Job Offer is not moved over to HR .instead the system prompts the user to re-enter the transfer information manually and re-directs the user to Employment Info page.

Manual re-entry of transfer information is adding time to the transaction process and also leading to human errors while re-entering the information.
