Is it possible to add '+' to the phone number in HCM?

Summary:

Is it possible to add '+' before the phone number in HCM?

Example: Country code: 61

Area Code: 01

Number: 1111 1111

Currently Work phone for an employee under Me>>Contact info showing as-> 61-11-1111 1111

Can we change to this -> +61-11-1111 1111

Please advise.
