Initiating party as Requester when reschedule IN recommendation is released from supply planning

Hello,

We are seeing one behavior when we are releasing the Reschedule IN recommendation from Supply Planning using Buyer login.

Change Order is Initiated in Purchasing Module and it shows Initiating party as Requester although the Initiator is Buyer (using Buyer login we have released the recommendation).

Wanted to understand why it is showing Initiating party as Requester instead of Buyer when Reschedule IN recommendation is released from Supply Planning?
