Background Photo in the Directory

Summary

We would like to do a mass change to everyone's background photo in the Directory area

Content

We would like to do a mass change to update everyone's background photo (not their main photo) in the Directory to an image of our company logo.  We can update the background photo one by one, but does anyone know of a way to mass-update the photo for everyone? Attached is the area that I'm referring to (the dark-gray box).
