OTBI report to display program and projects under it

Summary:

We are trying to prepare a report to display the program and list of projects under the program.

We tried adding below two subject areas

Projects - Program Performance Reporting Real Time (selected program name column under this)

Project Control - Financial Project Plans Real Time (selected project name and project manager under this)

But this simple report is showing the below error

State: HY000. Code: 14025. [nQSError: 14025] No fact table exists at the requested level of detail: 

Please advise how to prepare OTBI report to display program and projects under it.
