Locking the Resignation Notification Date

Hi Everyone!

We have a requirement to freeze the Resignation Notification date. When an employee applies the resignation and his manager approves it and post that HRBP's should not be able to change the notification date. The date should remain the same. Has any one came across this kind of requirement? Any solution?
