Uploading SSP For Items

Content (required):

we have more than 10000 items and we need to enter SSP for each item but without assignment , I have to assign 100000 item and, item classification then Effective start period then click on create SSP to download ADFDI Sheet in order to upload SSP for each item, but we can't do that manually for 10000. please provide any workaround.
