Unable to calculate Tax on Transfer Order

Our client is implementing inventory management module to mange 6 campus stores and using Internal Material Transfer feature in self-service procurement module for campus to request the product from the store with destination type as Expense. One of the requirement for our client is to calculate Sales and use tax on this transaction. Oracle calculates the tax on internal material transfer requisition but it is does not calculate on the Transfer Order.

This is a unique requirement for Higher Ed. clients so I want to reach and see if any one can find any other Higher Ed customer using Oracle cloud Inventory Management module to see if they have placed any unique solution for this. Also, if any one has implemented unique solution for this i would like to chat with them to discuss further.
