How to check if a column of a table has a value?

I have some columns that may or may not contain value in the rows of a table.

In the image below in the TRAKING_FIELD2 column, only one line has a value, the others are empty. If there is a value, I want to enable the column and if it doesn't exist, I want to hide it.


Are there any events or features in VBCS that help me resolve the issue?
