I am unable to see the Team Member section in Manage Project Financial Settings/Parties UI.

I am able to see the Task Page/Manage Project Resources

I read in the documentation that this is driven by this offering: Maintain a Single Source of Truth for Project Team Members and Labor Resources

How would I be able to enable the Team Members Section in Manage Project Financial Settings?
