how to load Item DFF Context Sensitive Segments

Hello,

We have multiple Context Sensitive Segments to be uploaded as part of the conversion and we cannot manually configure them as it take a long time and is error prone.

Can someone guide us- if there a FDBI for this or any other mechanism to upload them..
